Incident Description:
We are currently being affected by the storm-related blackouts that have occurred across the Midwest. All servers and websites are on generator power and are up and operating properly. However, our phone support center is without power and is closed. We will continue to be able to provide support via tickets in your account control panel.
Incident Updates
- 7/3/2012 3:30PM EDT - Power to the Ohio CR office has still not returned. Due to the large outage area in Columbus, we anticipate it could be a couple of days before power is restored. For the quickest service, please open a ticket from your control panel as we have extra staff handling these tickets.
- 7/5/2012 6:08AM EDT - Power to the Ohio Call Center has returned! We will be reopening the phones in approximately 2 hours.
- 7/5/2012 7:00AM EDT - The phones have reopened and phone support has returned as normal.
